Clifton is on a mission to reach as many leaders as possible. Clifton has worked as a director and senior manager for over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies, with James Beard Award-winning chefs, in small boutique hotel groups, and in large established companies like Hilton, Brinker, and Morton’s the Steakhouse. Clifton has also worked on several nonprofits as Board President and Senior Director. While working in some of the best organizations in the world, Clifton also trained in meditation and mindfulness. He is formally trained in coaching, certified by the ICF, the gold standard in coaching. When he is not coaching, writing, or working for nonprofits, Clifton enjoys mountain life with his beautiful and patient wife at 8000 feet in a cabin in Colorado, where they camp, hike, practice yoga, and read on the deck when it’s not below zero.
